  • Tamara Syverson, BS, RT(T) (ARRT), CHONC

    Tamara Syverson is the Vice President of RCCS. Having worked in the radiation oncology specialty for over 25 years, she is now a frequent speaker and author for nationally-recognized professional organizations and publications.

  • Teri Bedard, BA, RT (R)(T) (ARRT), CPC

    Teri Bedard is the Executive Director Health Policy and Reimbursement at
    RCCS. She has over 20 years of experience in healthcare, specializing in radiation oncology and interventional radiology coding and reimbursement, CMS regulatory updates, and compliance. She is a frequent speaker and author for nationally-recognized professional organizations and publications.

  • Trena Taylor, BA,RT(R)(T), CPC

    Trena Taylor is the Oncology Client Services Director at RCCS, bringing
    over 25 years of experience in radiation oncology coding, compliance, and reimbursement. She leads a team of clinical oncology coding and billing consultants, providing daily remote charge review, medical record assessments, education, and operational improvements.

  • Pam Phipps, RN, BSN, CHONC

    Pam was a chemotherapy infusion nurse for over 10 years and has extensive knowledge in Medical Oncology Electronic Medical Records and Systems as she worked an additional 5 years as a Medical Oncology IT Nurse Specialist.

  • Ashley Carson, CPC, CCS-P

    Ashley Carson, the Director of Coding & Compliance at RCCS, has over 20 years of experience in coding, auditing, education, and workflow optimization. She leads a team of coding and compliance experts, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and best practices for healthcare organizations nationwide.
