Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

30-day money back guarantee (excludes shipping & handling). payment terms: net 15 days. all discounts must be taken at time of purchase. no credits issued after processing. digital navigator: one license per purchase delivered via email to the product user’s address provided. digital product: payment must be received prior to delivery of digital product. email will be sent to product users within 24-48 hours after payment received.

Seminar Cancellations: 

• All cancellations must be received in writing at least 30 business days prior to the seminar to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior are subject to a $225 charge per canceled session. Registrants who do not cancel and do not attend are liable for the full registration fee.
  
  
• Enrollment can be transferred to another person up to 15 business days prior to the session. Less than 15 days prior, a $150 transfer fee per session will apply.
