She is a frequent speaker and author for nationally recognized professional organizations and publications, covering topics such as radiology business management, revenue cycle innovation, financial sustainability, and healthcare compliance strategy.

Trena Taylor is the Oncology Client Services Director at RCCS, bringing
over 25 years of experience in radiation oncology coding, compliance, and reimbursement. She leads a team of clinical oncology coding and billing consultants, providing daily remote charge review, medical record assessments, education, and operational improvements.

Pam was a chemotherapy infusion nurse for over 10 years and has extensive knowledge in Medical Oncology Electronic Medical Records and Systems as she worked an additional 5 years as a Medical Oncology IT Nurse Specialist.

Kimberly Maupin is a Client & Corporate Resources Consultant for RCCS. She is responsible for providing coding and reimbursement support to vendors, clients, and members of RCCS. She is also a contributor to the company’s publications and products.

Stephanie Albright is a Senior Consultant, Client and Corporate Resources at RCCS. With over 30 years of experience, she is highly skilled in regulatory guidelines, auditing, and compliance, as well as inpatient and outpatient facility and physician coding for multi-specialty surgery and cardiology.

K-cee Cagle is an accomplished healthcare coding professional with over 10 years of experience coding multiple surgical specialties including interventional radiology, cardiothoracic, pediatric cardiothoracic, hand, urology, vascular, and plastic and reconstructive surgeries.

Heather Nolting is a Consultant at RCCS with over 15 years of experience in medical oncology, research, immunotherapy, and infusion billing. Prior to joining RCCS, Heather worked as a registered nurse in medical oncology
and clinical research.

Mary Suhr is the RCM Business Operations Director at RCCS, specializing in revenue cycle performance, coding accuracy, and financial optimization. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, she has a demonstrated ability to identify revenue opportunities and drive process improvements for hospitals and physician practices.
